European Tour Schedule

I leave tomorrow, Gentle Reader. Am I running around like the proverbial headless chicken? Darlings, I'm a boneless skinless chicken breast. It's not pretty at the House of Gail, right now, not pretty at all.

I both love and loathe packing, all that neat organization and rolling of clothes and tucking of socks into nooks versus the panicked worry that I have forgotten something absolutely vital. However, I have 14 event outfits planned and in rotation (out of two suits and two dresses), three of which are unused and waiting on the sidelines in case something gets spilled on or torn or additional events are added. That is about as ready as I get for anything.

If you want to catch me on my whirlwind tour, this is your chance. I won't be back to any of these locations for a while. My next three years of overseas trips (I only do one a year) are already decided.

But the duck dances at dusk.
The penguin looks inscrutable.
And the rooster preys at dawn.
While the hen shops on ebay.
The password is three clucks and a b'kaw."

Now that schedule sadly lacks a stop in Germany. *cough* ;-) But have fun in England!
I SO need to take a photo of me in a cornfield for the next know-it-all debate coming up... thanks for that! =P
Dear lords, 14 outfits? How do you keep everything organized and mostly make sure you don't forget everything? I have a hard time compromising make-up much less clothes space!
I am still devastated I am just going to miss you. If the trains to my parent's town were running Monday (curse the Easter weekend) I would have been able to come down then and would have made the event at Foyles. But alas that was not the case and I shan't be down from Scotland until the day after. *sigh*

Oh well, I still hope you enjoy your tour and manage to squeeze in some London shopping.
I'm so excited for your coming over to the UK! Will be travelling to Nottingham on the 13th to see you at the Waterstones event. I've also managed to rope a few friends into coming (and dressing up too!) so it should be great fun all round.

Hope the travelling goes well and nothing untoward happens to your outfits! Alas I shall only be packing two for my own trip to Nottingham ;)
Safe trip and have fun! :)
